Dominick has just found a piece of blue china plate. It looks plain, so we can assume that it was a slaves plate because slaves were not rich like the Galliers, so they got plain and cheap stuff. Dominick just found another peice of a plain white plate. It is also a slaves plate because ,yet agian, it's plain.
My group, group 3, found a plain plate that was probaly waas a slave's plate. That shows us that the Galliers probaly kept the nice pottery for themselves
We have found 10 things! We just found a tiny piece of the roof. We also found a big chunk of a bowl. This is really fun! Who knew digging would be sooooooo cool! Just in! We found 1/2 of a brick.
We are almost done! We are on our last switch and then we have to eat lunch and then we are going back to school to have our Spring Party. :( Though it has been a succesful day and we found alot of artifacts! Check out our tweets! We are jppssgallier. See ya later!
Group 2 found 7 items. They were pieces of glass, a doornob, a steak, a ball, a nail, a door hinge or opeaner, a handle. The items ranged from 1/2 inch to 7 inches

ReplyDeleteKyle found the rim of a plate. It is 1 1/2 inches long and 1 inch wide. It tells us that the Galliers were fancy.

ReplyDeleteI found a part of a porcelain doll. You can see the eyebrow and the eyelash.We're finding alot of stuff.

Holly is like Iron Woman or Magnet Girl! In her group, she is the only person who found nails, about ten of them!
